Trek, Bike, Canoe, Bushwhack, Map & Compass Navigation
APPROXIMATE DISTANCES:
Total course - ~150km
~ 10-30km trek/bushwhack
~ 60-90km bike
~ 20-50km canoe
REGISTRATION FEE: $ 200 + 13% HST per racer (before July 24)
Fee includes race jersey, event T-shirt, race maps,
use of canoe(s) & paddles, and post race meal.
Early Bird Fee: $ 175 + 13% HST per racer (before June 1)
EARLY Early Bird Fee: $ 175 + 5% HST per racer (before May 1)

WHAT IS ADVENTURE RACING?
In an adventure race, teams travel together through wilderness locations, non-stop.
Each team is given a map and the coordinates for a series of checkpoints. The team
must then move through all checkpoints without outside assistance, with each team
determining their own strategy for selecting the best route, equipment, food and
pace to successfully complete the race.

TEAM FORMAT:
In keeping with adventure racing tradition, we encourage co-ed teams.
Priority for prizing will go to co-ed teams, however we will accept all-male or
all-female teams. With this in mind, register any team of three or four that
you feel will make the race an enjoyable one.
SUPPORT CREW:
Each team requires a support crew to transport their gear,
or may opt for the unsupported option (additional $120+tax per team).
