Join the Angry Seagull Volunteer Team!

If you are interested in learning more about adventure racing or want to experience
being part of this exciting event, then join us as a race volunteer!

Volunteers are vital to staging a successful adventure race.
As part of our Angry Seagull volunteer team, we might ask
you to do any number of tasks, such as helping with
registration, checking to make sure teams have all of the
required gear, helping to rally teams at the start, helping
with set-up/take-down, etc.   During the race, one or two
volunteers will be assigned to each checkpoint (CP) and
transition area (TA) to record the arrival and departure times
of teams.   Being the welcoming face that teams first
encounter when arriving at a CP is the main volunteer role.

We are also looking for volunteers to join the team as:

Emergency/First Aid Team Members
We are looking for certified EMTs, EMT students, and anyone
certified as a first responder or in wilderness first aid.
Looking to add something impressive and eye-catching to
your resume?   Adventure Race Emergency Response Team
sure sounds good to me!

While we do not have prizes for volunteers and can't promise you a lot of sleep, we can offer
an exciting experience, an inside look at adventure racing, and some great memories.   We
are also happy to offer some incentives which may include post-race dinner, event T-shirt,
sponsor swag.

If being a part of the Angry Seagull volunteer team sounds good to you, get in touch with us
at info@angryseagullrace.com and we will provide you with more information.   As the race
approaches, we will be sending out a volunteer information pack that will provide detailed
information about volunteer roles, what you should bring and what to be prepared for.

We're looking forward to having you on our Angry Seagull team!
Thanks in advance!
